Great news! If you’re 18 or older and eligible for a WINZ accommodation supplement, you can usually use this benefit to rent one of our WINZ-approved cabins. We’re here to assist by providing a WINZ quote to support your application. Once approved, WINZ typically covers your initial and ongoing rental payments.
Please note, up-front costs may vary depending on the cabin’s size, delivery distance, and a requirement for one week’s rent in advance. Additional service fees may apply, if you’re within our service area. Generally, WINZ will cover both delivery and collection costs, but we recommend confirming this with them directly.
Our Rental Retreats are designed for comfort and efficiency. They are fully insulated to meet the H1 Energy Efficiency Code, ensuring a warm, dry living environment, and come complete with interior paint, carpeting, Vinyl, and power points. Our Retreats also feature a kitchenette and include amenities such as a toilet, vanity, and shower. By completing an Application Form we can then review the information you have provided including the site where you would like to put the retreat.
(please note an application is not approved until we have completed all our credit checks and site checks, and checked the availability of the unit stock).
By completing an Application Form to get a WINZ quote to rent a cabin. We can then review the information you have provided including the site where you would like to put the unit . All Application Forms must be submitted with photo ID, proof of your current address and written consent from the legal landowner to place the Compac Rental Retreat on the property.
These further documents can either be uploaded with this Application Form when you submit it, or emailed through to us as at: admin@compacrentalretreats.co.nz. We will aim to get back to you with a quote for your consideration within 1-3 working days.
