Solo Retreat (6x4m One-Bedroom)
The Solo Retreat is a compact yet fully equipped one-bedroom cabin designed for maximum comfort and convenience. With an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette, and a dedicated desk area, it’s perfect for those needing a private space for work or study. This unit brings the feel of a portable hotel room, with everything you need to live, work, and relax in one efficient space. Ideal for independent living or as a temporary home office, the Solo Retreat makes it easy to add a stylish and practical retreat to your property.
Comfort Retreat (8x4m One-Bedroom)
The Comfort Retreat takes portable living to the next level, offering a spacious one-bedroom cabin with a living area, kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, and laundry facilities. The dedicated desk area provides an ideal setup for remote work or study, while the expanded space creates a cozy, hotel-like environment. This cabin is perfect for those looking for a more spacious rental option with all the essential amenities, ideal for student accommodation, a guest suite, or a private workspace.
Grand Retreat (10x4m Two-Bedroom)
The Grand Retreat is the ultimate choice for those needing a larger, fully equipped two-bedroom cabin. Designed with queen-sized bedrooms, a kitchenette, living area, bathroom, and laundry facilities, this unit feels more like a full suite. It’s ideal for families or those who need a more spacious layout, providing a comfortable, independent living space. Perfect for accommodating loved ones, such as elderly family members or a growing family, the Grand Retreat combines flexibility and style, bringing all the comforts of a permanent home to a relocatable solution.

Provide Identification and Proof of Address:
• Upload a photo ID and proof of your current residential address.
• Submit a signed letter or email from the property owner granting permission to place cabin on the property. This must include their full name and contact information.
• Take photos or a video from across the street, showing the driveway entrance to check for low hanging wires and trees. Measure the width of the gateway to ensure truck access.
• Capture images or video up the driveway to the placement area, noting any slopes, low-hanging wires, or trees.
• Photograph and measure the area where the 16amp caravan plug will be installed on the exterior of the building.
• We provide a 15m power cord free of charge, with longer cords available at additional cost.
• Document the septic waste connection point for the unit. We include up to 25m of piping; however, septic can be extended up to 60m on level ground. Additional piping beyond 25m will incur extra costs.·
• Water is supplied to the cabin via a garden hose. You are responsible for providing the hose and fittings.
Compac Rental Retreats will conduct a credit check and review your application along with the provided site information.
• Once reviewed, you will be notified whether your application is approved or declined.
• An email will then be sent with a detailed quote covering delivery fees, rent in advance, and the return transport fee.
• If you require a WINZ quote, we will supply this, and you can forward it to your Case Manager.
• Once your application is accepted and the invoice paid, we’ll send you a rental agreement for your signature.
• Upon receipt of the signed paperwork, your cabin delivery will be scheduled.
Set up an automatic payment to ensure rent is paid in advance from the delivery date.
Delivery Area: We currently service the greater Waikato Region. For locations outside this region, delivery maybe available by special arrangement.
Site Requirements: Larger cabins or units requiring crane installation will be quoted separately. Ensure a stable, level site for cabin installation; any necessary site preparation is the client’s responsibility.
We require 4.5m width and 4.5m height clearance to access your site.
Pricing: All prices are Ex Compac Yard (on-site costs are excluded unless specified in the quote).
