Simon, a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) in Carpentry and Metal Roofing & Wall Cladding, brought his extensive building industry expertise and passion for business management to Compac Homes when he and Deb took ownership in 2020. Recognizing a growing need for quality, versatile accommodation, they have since expanded the company to offer additional solutions in the rental space with Compac Rental Retreats, helping more people access affordable, stylish living options. Deb, a qualified radiographer specializing in CT, brings her management experience and passion for people to the HR and payroll side of the business, while also enjoying customer conversations around unique cabin designs. Together, Simon and Deb are dedicated to crafting exceptional living spaces, all while raising their three young daughters. In their spare time, they enjoy snow skiing and entertaining family and friends at home.
